Guidelines for your first class

If you are new to yoga, you can find guidelines for your first class here.

1. Please arrive at least 20min before class.

2. We provide mats and all props, so no need to bring your own.

3.Please make sure you do not eat 1 to 2 hours before class, if you need a snack, please eat something light and not filling.

4. Wear comfortable clothes that allow free movement.

5. If you have any injuries, please let the teacher know ahead of time.

6. When you enter the studio, please take off your shoes.

7. Please do not wear any perfume, take off jewelry and maybe bring a sweater that you can wear during Shavasana (final resting pose).
